Cinema Swatch Lacquers

Today I have a collection from a new to me indie brand to show you all! Cinema Swatch Lacquers has a new collection coming out based on the movie Memoirs Of A Geisha. I love both the movie and the book so I was so excited to get this collection!
Firstly let's take a look at some nail art I did to match Rachel's logo

Sweet Ice
Sweet Ice is a purple jelly with so many flakies and different shimmers, it's perfection. Swatch shows 3 coats with topcoat.
I could look at this all day.

Sayuri
This polish is so delicate and girly, I love it. A pale pink with pink shimmer and flowers. Swatch shows 3 coats with topcoat. This polish was a tad thick for my preference so I added a bit of thinner and it was perfect.
I could look at this all day, it's my favorite shade of pink.

Pumpkin
This may just be my favorite of the group, I love this shade of orange, it's perfect for summer. Swatch shows 2 coats with topcoat.
Plus that shimmer!

Hatsumomo
This one is definitely runner up for favorite of the collection. It's a sheer gray jelly base with copper hex and red holo squares. Swatch shows 2 coats over Sinful Colors Secret Admirer with topcoat. Plus this is a thermal that goes sheer to dark gray. When I swatched this I didn't know it was a thermal, so I'll update with transition pictures!
How can this one not be a favorite, it's so gorgeous!

Mameha
This is a shimmery green polish with gold circles. You know me, I love circle glitter.
Swatch shows 3 coats with topcoat.
Oh yeah, there's gold holo hex in there too!

Chiyo
Chiyo is a thermal that is light blue when warm and dark blue when cold. I love this one! Swatch shows 3 coats with topcoat.
Here is Chiyo in it's warm state
And in it's dark state!
Macro shows it in it's cold state
And again in it's cold state. I love love love this polish!
Those flakies kill me!

The Quick and Dirty: A few of these polishes were a little thick but it's nothing thinner didn't fix. I loved all of these polishes and they definitely represented the movie excellently!

Two Gypsies Nail Lacquer Spring collection

Yesterday, I had Five Guys. If you know me then you know that I am from California and In-N-Out is basically my life blood. But I had Five Guys. And it. Was. Delicious.
On to the polish!

Cloud Burst
Cloud Burst! The name is perfect! That's where the rainbows are stored right? In the clouds? Haha whatever you know I'm right. Swatch shows 3 coats with topcoat.
Boom! Rainbows on my finger nails.

Secret Garden
Holy. Freaking. Moly. This one is the best polish I've ever seen basically. I love it! Swatch shows 3 coats of this amazing green jelly.
I'm dying over this one. The base color, the glitters. All perfect.
I have never wanted to hug a polish more than I do this one.

Tide Pools
This blue jelly is so stunning to look at. It definitely looks like the ocean. Swatch shows 3 coats with topcoat.
Oh there's also stars. Which I enjoy because they remind me of sea stars.
And circle glitter. So much circle glitter.

Wild Wisteria
I love purple and this was no exception. It's a light lavender with loads of shimmer and flakies. Swatch shows 3 coats.
On the nail the shimmer kind of disappears but the gorgeous flakies show through.

Last up is Goldstone
Okay. Okay okay. I die every time over this pink and gold combo, I want to collect them all, I do. But this one is amazing, it has some smaller iridescent glitters in there too that make it look out of this world. Swatch shows 2 coats over Revlon Urban.
Those dark blue flashes? Those are the iridescent glitter! Perfect huh.

The Quick and Dirty: The formula on all of these polishes was amazing, exactly what I've come to expect from Two Gypsies.

Laquerlicious + The Empurrium

So today, I have something pretty cool to show you all! Michelle from Laquerlicious has teamed up with Brittany from The Empurrium to create a unique polish and key fob duo! The duo will be $10 and $5 of each duo purchased will be donated to The Fresno Bully Rescue. I live in the Central Valley so this organization is local to me and I love that it's such a great cause. I love animals almost as much as I love polish so this pairing is perfect!

Spring Fling
This glitter topper has a crazy amount of glitter! I can't even begin to name them all because there's that many haha. Plus there's such a gorgeous aqua shimmer. Swatch shows 2 coats over a nude to mint gradient.
Oh my goodness. That is...so much glitter, I love it! I did 2 coats because I was going to try and see if I could get this opaque on it's own. You probably could in 4-5 coats if you wanted to go that route but seriously, either way this is gorgeous!
Ooh! I love matte glitter so much and this just solidifies that love.

The Quick And Dirty: This polish applied easily and beautifully. The bigger glitter was placed but it's easy to apply if you put it upside down for a little bit before applying.

This duo will be available March 20th so make sure you grab one! You really don't want to miss this! Make sure you follow Michelle (@creativenailchick) and Brittany (@theempurrium) on Instagram for updates!

Nayll Polish

Today I have some awesome polishes from a new brand called Nayll Polish. They are a very unique brand as you get to custom build your own nail polish! You get to get exactly what you want in a polish without having the mess and needing all the supplies! How cool is that! They also offer a core line of polishes that they have made. I have 3 customs I made and 2 of their polishes to show you. All polishes are topped with their glitter smoothing topcoat and it did as promised, smoothed out the glitter and also dried quick enough for me. So I'll definitely be using their topcoat for really chunky glitters!

First up my 3 customs!
Strawberry Serenade

Oh my goodness is this one sparkly! Swatch shows 3 coats with topcoat.

I wanted to include shots with the bottle because how cute is it that the name I picked is printed on the label!
This one is intense, it's a pink base literally PACKED with glitter.

Exploding Roses

If you know me at all you know that I love a good pink/gold glitter combo. So naturally I made one. Swatch shows 1 coat over NOPI How Fairy Nice Of You.
Again, my name on the bottle!
There's also silver hex in there for good measure.
Ugh that's just so yummy.

Bre's Killer Glitter Party

I'll admit, I kind of have up naming them
by this point haha. Swatch shows 1 coat with topcoat over Legion Lacquer Kiwi Lime Pie.

This one is so fun if I do say so myself!

How pretty is all that glitter!

Next up are the two premade polishes
I'm On The VIP List
The base color on this one was pretty sheer but it built up. I also didn't even know there was skulls until the 4th coat haha! Swatch shows 4 coats with topcoat.
So squishy and glittery!
There was still a little VNL but it wasn't too bad.
You can kind of see the skulls hiding in there. Take this as a PSA to always flip your polishes upside down first!

Ice Queen Dream
Wow. Just wow. This one is extremely sparkly with all that holo glitter. I can't even wrap my mind around it. Swatch shows 4 coats with topcoat.
I just...
I don't have words for this.
Also that macro is wonderful!

The Quick And Dirty: Overall formula was good but a little on the thick side for my liking. The jellies were a bit sheer but it was nothing some undies wouldn't fix if you didn't want to do 3/4coats. Glitter payoff is excellent! No fishing for anything.

Nayll launches Friday, March 21st so be prepared!
Make sure you follow them on Instagram (@nayll_polish) and head over and give them a like on Facebook so you can stay up to date with all the new additions!
