5 minute quickie: 22, 23, & 24

Mondays theme for the Neverending Pile Challenge was untried stamping plate.
Here's what I decided on, it was inspired but this little houndstooth jug I saw at Hobby Lobby.

Wednesdays prompt was trend that died before you could do it. I thought about this for a while and decided to do cartoon nails. I remember about a year ago everyone and their mom did cartoon nails.
I used Julep Flora and acrylic paints.
Flora has this awesome blue scattered shimmer throughout and I really like this color.

The prompt for Friday was solar/thermal. I went with some solar polishes because I have a few of them.
I used two Del Sol polishes, not sure of the names though. This was in it's regular state.
This one definitely wasn't meant for full coverage, it took millions of coats.
This one was though, 3 easy coats with topcoat.
And outside in the sun the purple micro glitter turned redish, and the gold glitter turned into a black/navy jelly.
This change was awesome, much more noticeable in person.
I was not expecting this one to turn into a jelly, it's amazing!

5 Minute Quickie: 21

Super quick post today, the prompt was untried nail art supplies and I used a stamping plate because I'm a genius and didn't realize that untried stamping plate was the next prompt.
I used Lavish Polish Flower Child, Wet N Wild Candid Affair, stamped with NOPI Back In My Gloria Days. I used plate CH12.

5 minute quickie: 19 & 20

I've been slacking and haven't shown you my skittles mani for the Neverending Pile challenge because I kind of hate it.
I don't know why but I really hate this so much haha. It just makes me shudder. I don't even remember all the polishes I used for it.

Moving on. Today's prompt is gradient.
For this one I used Julep Celia, Lizanne, and Angela, topped with China Glaze Graffiti Glitter.
I like this one a lot more haha.

5 Minute Quickie: 17

Today's theme for the Neverending Pile challenge is giveaway or blog sale. I've never won a polish giveaway so I chose to use Lumina Lacquer Man Eater.
From L-R polishes used are: CG Bump & Grind, OPI Haven't The Foggiest topped with OPI Nothing Mousie 'Bout It (untried), CG Thistle Do Nicely topped with Lumina Lacquer Man Eater (untried), and CG Thistle Do Nicely topped with Del Sol VIP (untried).
I've realized I had a lot of untried Lumina Lacquers haha.
Del Sol VIP.

Plus a macro.

5 Minute Quickie: 18

I'm writing this on the go today! The OG Juice Box and I (and fam) are off to Monterey Bay to watch my sister graduate!
Anyways, today's Neverending Pile prompt is discontinued. I looked through my untrieds and decided on China Glaze Prism, Optical Illusion, and Ray-Diant. Now I honestly have no idea which is which because these colors are all so similar, I'm just going to throw that out there haha!
I decided these would be perfect for a super simple type of gradient that only uses the polish brush to achieve (that I like to think I pioneered haha). Here are the macros, I bought these polishes a while ago and aren't sure if they're actually discontinued but whatever.
Again, I'm really not sure which macro is which polish because I'm horrible with taking notes and because these polishes are all super similar.

Hope you enjoyed!

FAT Lacquers Pizza Collection toppings

Today I have the toppings half of FAT Lacquers Pizza Night collection plus a custom topping!
Let's start with my custom. Felicia is offering the ability to create your own custom glitter topper with your favorite pizza toppings! My absolutely favorite pizza is Prima (tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives) from Pizza My Heart so I asked for one with those toppings!
Prima
This one has white triangles, black hex, red circles, and tiny white squares! I layered one coat plus placement over Essie Sunday Funday.
I'll be in Monterey next weekend which means I'm definitely getting a slice of Prima! I should wear this lol.
I love this combo! The triangles make it perfect.
Now on to the 6 toppings in the collection!
Anchovies All Over
I've never actually had anchovies on my pizza, that kind of grosses me out. Anyways, I layered one coat plus some placement and topcoat over China Glaze Neon & On & On. I really should have picked a better base color, it's so neon that it photographed super weird and freaked my camera out, but on the plus side, that holo glitter looks awesome.
This is definitely more color accurate!
Holo circles, triangles, and tiny pink dots. So cute!
Slice Of Hawaii
This one is gorgeous! I love the added irridescent glitter! I layered one coat plus placement and topcoat over a black creme.
This glitters! I can't get over the iridescent ones!

Supreme Supreme
Goodness this really looks like a pizza on my nails! This was one coat with placement and topcoat over Essie The a More The Merrier.
Sequin glitter! I'm a sucker for unique glitter shapes.

Veggies & Veggies & Veggies
This one may just be my favorite! I layered one coat over China Glaze The Grass Is Lime Greener.
This is so packed with glitter! And a lot of it is holo glitter so it's super sparkly.

I <3 Meats!
This one is so unique, I love it! And the name, I die! I layered one coat over Sinful Colors Nirvana on my two outside fingers and 3 coats for full coverage on my two inside fingers.
I love the tiny bars as cheese! Could it be any more perfect? I think not.
I really wasn't sure if I could get full coverage but I was curious so I tried it. And I like it! So. Much. GLITTER.

3 Cheese & Pepperoni
I enjoy this one so much even though I hate that it makes me want pizza so badly. I layered one coat over Sinful Colors Big Daddy.
Again with the triangles. Have I mentioned how much I love triangle glitter?
Okay really, don't mind me, I'll just be over here eating 6 blocks of cheese.

The Quick and Dirty: I love these as much as the bases. Formula was excellent, some placement with the bigger glitters but they all came out easily.

5 Minute Quickie: 16

Texture! I don't have many untried textures mostly because I love all textures so I use them immediately.
I used OPI Silent Stars Go By and I paired it with a thermal called Dusk Glow by Fancy Gloss. This in it's warm state.
Mostly cold state.
And in transition.
